Guarantor has two kinds to assure responsibility:
The first kind is to assure commonly, to assuring commonly, creditor must is opposite first debtor to lodge a complaint or arbitration (or sue to guarantor along with all the others at the same time, arbitral) , carry out compulsively lawfully with respect to debtor belongings after still cannot realizing creditor's rights, sponsorial ability is assumed assure responsibility;
The 2nd kind is joint liability assures, assure to joint liability, creditor can ask guarantor is assumed directly assure responsibility, namely creditor can choose to sue debtor only, sue debtor and sponsor along with all the others at the same time or sue sponsor alone directly.
