We know to a lot of means can become a teacher now, the pedagogic amount gap of our country is particularly huge also. And the pedagogic breach that this breach is not town school, breach is in in the country out-of-the-way and a mountainous area, a breach that how to also block up.
Want to stem such breach, need accomplishs the following 3 respects:
Need more social natural resources to tilt to rural remote region, take better development chance for the country, improve rural living conditions, change development toward town.
Train the student of more normal school schools, encourage them to develop toward the country, offer better salary, improve working environment
Establish the belief of teach Yo person, even if the environment is not very good, the heart that becomes a teacher is changeless, hold to the forefront that teachs in the country, bring knowledge to children, change their destiny.
Conceive the person of educational heart only purposely, road ability of education is long-term, foster another and student, develop countless outstanding person with abilities for the country.
